These costs—in premature deaths, respiratory ailments hospital visits and more—affect everyone but fall hardest on vulnerable communities.

The report, by the Medical Society Consortium on Climate & Health, Wisconsin Health Professionals for Climate Action and NRDC (Natural Resources Defense Council), offers recommendations to alleviate the costly climate health problem.
