This first ever one-day conference, co-hosted with Montana Health Professionals for a Healthy Climate, the Montana Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and Carroll College, will provide an overview and then focus on healthcare sustainability; wildfire smoke (and its effects on people who are disabled, pregnant people and children, and under-served populations); mental health; and climate-positive healthcare activism.

Montana Health Professionals for a Healthy Climate is a collective of health professionals, working with communities, nonprofit organizations, public agencies and health systems throughout Montana to address climate change as a public health issue.
