Consortium Releases 2022 Annual Report
2022 marked a year of unprecedented progress for the climate advocacy movement. Health advocates across the country contributed to the momentum that ultimately brought genuine success. We wrote, visited, published, demonstrated, presented, and testified at national and state levels, and these efforts were rewarded with the passage of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). While there have been ups and downs, we take pride in knowing that all of our work, together with the rapid growth and effectiveness of our state affiliates and collaborators, ultimately helped shape the trajectory of policy debate and, hopefully, history. Thank you to our team, member societies, affiliates, advocates, state groups, and supporters for everything we have achieved together in 2022. We look forward to working together in 2023 toward a better, healthier future for everyone.
